Rare Monday: Rare Pigtails

On the sixth page of Jam Mart Clothing you can get Rare Pigtails!
Hmm...when I look at these...I think of grape juice.
AJ HQ also gave out this message to raise awareness of the pigtails.

And I also discovered something about penguin plushies! You can recycle them for 30 gems instead of 15!
Hmm, I wonder why you can recycle these for more,

    I bet you can recycle them for more because the penguins are made with high-quality cotton, picked straight from a small patch in Jamaa Township. All the other plushies are just made with grass clippings from when the horses eat the grass in Sarepia :\

    I think they get recycled for more gems because you don't get them as often as other plushies. That, or they were made by Tech, and he doesn't know what number he should put in.
