Leap year parties!

Leap year parties are amazing, here is a guide to them.

When you first get in you'll see lots of frogs and mushrooms.

If you click on the green floating 29 you'll get these facts.

To the right there are these chairs.

Around the tree is a HUGE frog, wow, imagine having that as a pet.

Now that we're getting to the items, note that all the items have the word "rare" in them.

So, on the first floor there is the furniture store, and a few more frogs.

These are the furniture items, they all have the word "rare" in them.

On the second floor there is a clothing store!

All these items have the word "rare" in them, and none of them are color changeable.

On the second and third floor are some special claws!

There are lion plushies!

And last, but not least, there is a HUGE slide spanning three floors!

Rare item Monday

It's rare item Monday...I think. It seems all the new lion fish things are going out of stores.

With that out of the way there is a new leap year party coming!

I guess this is the "Huge surprise", I just hope it's as awesome as they made out.

What I'm confused about is that it's come a day early.

Sorry that there are still no drawings, I'll try to get one up soon!

Giant penguin plushy

The new item for today is a Giant Penguin Plushie in the Animal Museum.

Wow, it looks so squishy!

There are new Lion Fish Helmets in Bahari Bargains, it goes with Lion Fish Armor.

Phantom's treasure and Flag

In Sol Arcade shop you can get Phantoms Treasure, you can also find this game in Deep Blue.

And in the Flag Shop there is a new Northern Mariana Islands flag! Wow, AJ must be putting every flag in the world up.

Here is a new drawing of Oliver, it's when he gets a home with Jenny.

You can see he has a new collar now.

Sand Dollar Stepping Stones

There's a new item in Sunken Treasures, (Kani Cove.)

It's Sand Dollar Stepping Stones, Sand Dollars are also called Sea Cookies.

Here is a drawing of a new character, Tito!

Tito, (as you might have suspected) is also from Oliver and Company, he's comical since he's so small but so angry, (think bull fighter.)

Jammers VS scaming

I was in Jamaa Township and I saw this HUGE protest against scamming!

So I joined in, I'm the clover balloon saying "Scammer = nonjammer,"

Wow this reminds me so of old Jamaa, down with scamming!

In the Animal Museum there is a new Penguin Topiary.

Here is the new daily drawing! Don't forget to vote on the poll on the left.

When I took the picture, the light from the camera blocked out some of the words.

The words are..."The crowds hustling...

...the traffic roaring...

the hotdogs sizzling!"

Uruguay is a country in South America, you can find the flag in the flag shop.

Here is the daily Dodger drawing, isn't it cute to see Dodger and Oliver sleeping together?

(Dodger's bed comprises of an inner tube, beanbag, lawn chair, umbrella and various pillows.)

The Monday Rare has just been released, seems AJ just forgot.

In Jam mart furniture there are dinner stools!

In the flag shop there is a new flag, Morocco.

Speaking of flags...visit FlagShop's den for a surprise!

In Bahari Bargains there are Lionfish Armor, Lionfish are poisonous.

And there is no Rare Monday this Monday for some reason...

New items

Curly wigs have just come back! (These were here when I first joined).

Then there are Cherry trees, (also around when I first joined).

And in the Flag Shop there is a new flag, Kenya! (Kenya is in Africa).

I've decided to put up two pictures instead of the usual one!

This is Balto, a half dog/ half wolf in the movie. 

Balto is actually real! He saved the town of Nome by delivering medicine when trains, airplanes, and ships couldn't get it through.

And here is some more Dodger! I have Oliver and company fever.

Rare toys and Curly wigs

Animal jam has released Curly Wigs at Jam Mart Clothing, I remember these from last year.

And here is a picture of all the rare toys you can get so far!

And here is a drawing of Oliver from Oliver and Company I drew just now.

It's my first picture of Oliver! I think I drew his head a tad too big, but not shabby for a first try right?

Penguins

Penguins have arrived in Jamaa, they can go on land and below water.

And in phantom invasion you can get rare toys! Phantom invasion is also easier, you just have to shoot at the right time.

There's also a new Heatwave Party.

Animal jam also says that "something awesome is coming this leap year".

Maybe the background is a hint.

And I also wanted to share this song, it's from Oliver and Company (made by Disney,) yeah I know I am going Oliver and Company crazy, but what can I say, it's a a golden movie in my eyes! And the song is really good, it tells you to hang on to your dreams, 

and never let go.
