Rare Monday: Rare Pirate Bandana

Hey Jammers, TT Coyote here! It's Rare Item Monday again. Todays "rare" is the Rare Pirate Bandana.
Which can be bought on the fifth page of Bahari Bargains.
 And AJ HQ was a bit early and posted the Rare Monday post on the Daily Explorer, but I don't mind. :)
Well it's Jamaa's first underwater "rare" item! And it's also nonmember :D
